Our Project Management teams
Portfolio team
Join us you’ll be working on a wide range of projects. You could be supporting a client using one of our wind tunnels for a day, managing potential challenges and risks. Or, you may be involved in managing a strategic contract for a specific client, potentially worth up to £8 million. That means working closely with them, understanding their needs and developing relevant packages of work. So, you’ll enjoy working in a fast-moving team where you need to adapt quickly to constantly changing priorities.
Customer Group
In this team, you’ll be managing a range of challenging strategic projects from beginning to end. You could be working with the bid team, developing a winning strategy by managing the customer relationship through the bid process and beyond. For successful bids, you’ll continue to be the main customer contact. Managing the overall project. Ensuring we understand the customer inside out. And continually assessing risks, so we deliver for the customer. So, you’ll enjoy the chance to stretch both your project management and commercial skills.
Projects and PMO
The experienced project managers in the Projects team manage a variety of long-term, strategic customer projects, such as managing the development of a completely new product. Join us and you’ll provide stability and continuity to the customer, managing change effectively and ensuring that we deliver what they’re looking for in a timely and cost-effective way.
In the Project Management Office you’ll help manage assurance and governance for all our projects. From systems and project reviews, to monitoring KPIs, you’ll help ensure we deliver the right things in the right way.
Investing in your development
You can expect a range of opportunities to further your knowledge and skills. This includes an active project management programme that supports you to gain APM qualifications at different levels, and Six Sigma training where appropriate. We’ll work with you to create your own personal development plan and structure training to your individual needs. This means you’ll constantly have opportunities for both personal and professional development. Including the chance to gain experience in different teams. It’s all about equipping you with the skills you need to thrive and progress.
