Estates Management

 Our Estates Management team take pride in their comprehensive approach to overseeing MIRA Technology Park. With meticulous planning and management, they ensure a seamless experience for our tenants, offering first-class services and hassle-free onboarding. Our dedicated team also takes charge of planning and implementing essential central services and amenities, guaranteeing a vibrant and productive environment. From grass cutting to efficient de-icing of our Proving Ground, they maintain a safe and pristine campus for everyone to thrive in.

Maintenance and Facilities

The Maintenance and Facilities Team are committed to ensuring the smooth operation of our site. This skilled team handles everything from site plumbing to electrical systems, guaranteeing a well-maintained and functional environment. They take charge of managing key infrastructure, including power and water, ensuring uninterrupted services for all. Additionally, they provide dedicated support to both technical facilities and tenants, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. We trust them to keep our site running smoothly and our tenants satisfied.

That’s what’s so great about HORIBA MIRA – we’re on the cutting edge of technology, working on a wide variety of projects as part of a team that genuinely values your input.
