14th December 2023 FESTIVE CHEER AT HORIBA MIRA

Team members gathered for a Christmas Social event on Thursday 14 December at the MIRA Technology Institute…

The event included catering (via local businesses) at no cost to team members. Many colleagues brought gifts for donation to the Salvation Army Christmas appeal which were hand delivered Friday 15 December to the Nuneaton branch.

Everyone received a welcome drink on arrival and a festive packet of mince pies to take home (from local bakery Gaytons).

Music, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were provided from the MIRA Sports and Social Club and a raffle took place.

Hundreds of boxes were collected by the team and delivered by hand across the Nuneaton site as a token of appreciation and marking the start of the festive season.

Graeme Stewart, chief technical officer (and Santa for the day), said: "It has been another incredibly busy year, and everyone has tackled the many challenges that the year has brought with positivity, flexibility, customer focus and enthusiasm.  

“As a token of appreciation for the team's great work, we have arranged some chocolates for everyone.”
